Pricing questions
How much does QuickStage cost?
$1.00 a photo with no subscription, or a monthly plan from $19.99/mo for 75 photos. Plans scale down to $0.13 a photo paid monthly and $0.11 a photo on the annual Agency plan. New users get 3 free photos with no credit card.
What does one credit cover?
One credit stages one photo: any room type, any of the 8 styles, interior or exterior. Curb Appeal and Twilight exteriors use the same credit, with no surcharge. A QuickFix re-do never uses a credit.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits don't. Each plan includes a set number of photos per month, and unused credits reset monthly, on annual plans too. Pay-as-you-go credits ($1.00 a photo) never expire.
How does annual billing work?
You pay once a year, just under 10× the monthly price (2 months free). Your photo credits and QuickFix allowance still refresh every month. The 7-day refund review applies to annual plans too, prorated by unused credits across the year.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time and with no fees, from your Manage subscription page. Upgrades take effect immediately: you pay the difference and get the new plan’s full monthly credits right away. Downgrades start at your next renewal. Canceling takes one click, and your credits stay active until the end of the billing period.
What is the refund policy?
Email support@quickstage.io from your account email within 7 days of your most recent charge. Refund requests are reviewed and prorated by unused credits across the billing term; if approved, we process the refund and cancel the subscription. Sending a request does not cancel your plan by itself.
How fast do I get my photos?
About 30 seconds a photo. The result appears on screen and is emailed to you, and every photo is saved to your library on your My Photos page.
Is there a free trial?
