Privacy Policy

QuickStage is an AI virtual staging tool for real estate. We collect the minimum we need to stage your photos, run your account, and take payment. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't want to be in the data-collection business. This page explains exactly what we collect and why.

“QuickStage,” “we,” or “us” refers to the operator of quickstage.io. You can reach us anytime at support@quickstage.io .

• Your email address — to deliver your staged photos, manage your credits, and send account and (if applicable) marketing messages.
• Photos you upload — the room images you submit for staging, and the staged results we generate from them.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only a customer reference and the status of your payment.
• Usage & device data — basic analytics such as pages visited, actions taken, referring source (UTM), an anonymous session/visitor identifier, and your IP address. We use IP to prevent abuse of the free trial and to keep the service secure.
• Email engagement — for messages we send, whether an email was opened, clicked, replied to, bounced, or unsubscribed, so we can honor opt-outs and stop contacting people who ask us to.

• To generate and deliver your staged photos.
• To create and manage your account, credits, and billing.
• To provide support and respond to you.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the service running.
• To send service messages, and — where permitted — occasional product or outreach emails you can opt out of at any time.

Your uploaded photos and their staged results are stored so we can process them and make the results available to you. We use them only to provide the service to you — we do not use your photos to train models we sell, and we do not publish them. You can ask us to delete your images at any time by emailing support@quickstage.io; we'll remove them from active storage promptly.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run QuickStage, and only as needed:

• Stripe — to process payments and subscriptions.
• Cloud infrastructure & storage providers — to host the app and store your data securely.
• AI image-processing providers — to generate the staged result from your uploaded photo.
• Email delivery providers — to send your results and account messages.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in to your session, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. If we enable third-party analytics or advertising measurement (such as Google Analytics or Google Ads), it is used only to measure and improve our own marketing — never to sell your data.

QuickStage markets to real estate professionals. We may email business contacts using business contact information that is publicly available or provided by data partners, to introduce QuickStage. Every such message includes a one-click way to opt out, and we honor opt-out requests permanently. If you never want to hear from us, use the unsubscribe link in any email or write to support@quickstage.ioand we'll remove you for good.

• Access or delete — email us to get a copy of, or delete, the information associated with your email address.
• Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from any marketing email; we'll stop.
• Cancel — manage or cancel a subscription anytime from your billing portal.

Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights over your personal data. Email us and we'll help you exercise them.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data and limit access to it. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements — and we delete it on request where we're not required to keep it.

QuickStage is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
