Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QuickStage at quickstage.io (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

QuickStage uses AI to add virtual furniture and décor to photos of empty or vacant rooms. Results are generated automatically and delivered to the email address you provide.

QuickStage is email-based — no password required. You're responsible for the email address you provide and for activity that occurs under it. Keep access to your inbox secure, since your staged photos and account links are delivered there.

• Staging is sold as pay-as-you-go credits ($1.00 per photo) or as monthly subscription plans. Each staged photo consumes one credit.
• New users receive a limited number of free trial credits. Free credits have no cash value and may be subject to anti-abuse limits.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge, including recurring monthly charges for subscription plans until you cancel.
• Prices and plan details are shown at checkout and may change prospectively; changes won't affect a billing period you've already paid for.

• You can cancel a subscription anytime from your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; remaining credits stay active through the end of the current billing period.
• Self-serve refunds are available within 7 days of your most recent charge, prorated by unused credits, after which the subscription is canceled. Past the 7-day window, email support@quickstage.io and we'll do our best to make it right.

• You keep all rights to the photos you upload and to the staged results we deliver to you.
• You grant QuickStage a limited license to process, store, and deliver your images solely to provide the Service to you.
• You represent that you have the right to upload each photo and to have it staged — for example, that it's a property you're authorized to market.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Misrepresent a property in a way that violates applicable law or MLS rules (see below).
• Abuse the free trial, circumvent limits, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

Staged images are computer-generated illustrations of how a space could look furnished — the furniture and décor are not physically present. Many MLSs and local regulations require that virtually staged photos be disclosed as such. You are responsible for disclosing virtual staging and for complying with the rules that apply to your listings. QuickStage stages empty rooms and does not remove or alter existing structures, but compliance with listing and advertising rules is yours.

The Service and all staged results are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI output can vary and may contain imperfections; we don't warrant that results will meet every expectation or be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickStage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses you granted, disclaimers, and limits of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which QuickStage operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
