Cancel any time — no penalties, no hoops. Your credits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Need a different plan? Use Manage planabove to switch anytime, with no fees. Upgrades apply immediately — you pay the difference between plans and get your new plan's full monthly credits right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current plan and credits until then.
Refunds are self-serve within 7 days of a charge — we'll refund the prorated value of your unused credits and cancel immediately. The Request a refundbutton appears here once you have an active subscription. If you're past 7 days, email support@quickstage.io.
