Plan & cancellation policy
Cancel any time — no penalties, no hoops. Your credits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Need a different plan? Use Manage plan above to switch anytime, with no fees. Upgrades apply immediately — you pay the difference between plans and get your new plan's full monthly credits right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current plan and credits until then.
Refunds currently require manual review. Email support@quickstage.io from your account email within 7 days of your charge to request a review of unused subscription credits. Requests after 7 days are reviewed case-by-case.
The email link opens your email app; send your message to contact support. Contacting support does not automatically cancel your plan. Use Manage plan / Cancel for cancellation.
