Integration privacy

What QuickStage receives and why.

Last updated: October 15, 2026.

This page explains the QuickStage integration for ChatGPT and Codex. It supplements the QuickStage Privacy Policy, which applies to the QuickStage service. QuickStage is operated by the operator of quickstage.io. Contact support@quickstage.io with privacy questions.

Account connection

When you connect, QuickStage verifies your email, creates an account if you explicitly approve new-account setup, and records the authorization needed for the integration to act for that account. QuickStage uses account and entitlement information to check whether you may stage a photo and how much staging allowance is available.

The tools do not request your full conversation history, contacts, payment card details, or access to unrelated files. Only provide the photo and information needed for the staging task.

Photo processing and results

When you request staging, QuickStage receives the selected photo, furnishing style, room information, any requested QuickFix correction, and identifiers needed to track the request and avoid duplicate submissions. QuickStage stores the source image, generated result, and job information so it can process the request and let you retrieve it.

QuickStage uses cloud infrastructure and storage, including Supabase, and AI image-processing providers, including Replicate, to process and deliver images. Image analysis may use Anthropic as part of QuickStage’s staging pipeline. The photo and related staging instructions are shared with the providers needed for that processing. Service emails may be sent through QuickStage’s email delivery provider.

Job status and image access links are returned to the connected ChatGPT or Codex conversation when requested. Treat image links as private: anyone you share an accessible link with may be able to view the image. The host application’s own privacy terms govern information it receives.

Operational activity and feedback

To understand use of the integration, investigate failures, and improve service quality, QuickStage records limited operational events: the time, associated QuickStage account, connection identifier, verified connected application, tool used, outcome, error category, processing duration, and a job reference when relevant. These activity events do not contain your full chat, raw prompt text, image download links, or access credentials. QuickStage does not receive or monitor your entire ChatGPT or Codex conversation.

Operational activity is available in reporting for 90 days. Older events are removed during cleanup triggered by later tool activity; during idle periods, older records may remain until cleanup or a deletion request. This activity window does not change retention of existing account, connection, image, or job records described below.

Feedback is optional. If you contact support@quickstage.io, QuickStage receives the description and any task-specific details you choose to send and uses them for support and product improvements. You do not need to share an entire conversation. You may request access to or deletion of account-associated operational activity and feedback through the same support address.

Use and retention

QuickStage uses your photos to provide the staging service, not to publish them or train models it sells, as described in its Privacy Policy. Data is retained to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. QuickStage does not currently specify a fixed automatic deletion period for submitted images or their job records.

Connection authorization records include your account email, the connected application, approved permissions, and related dates. QuickStage currently has no automatic deletion schedule for these records. They remain stored after access expires or is revoked unless separately deleted. An expired image link also does not delete the stored image or job record.

You may request deletion of your images, connection records, or other account-associated information by emailing support@quickstage.io, using the request process in the QuickStage Privacy Policy. This is a support request, not automatic deletion. Information QuickStage is required to retain may be excluded, as explained in that policy.

Access expiration and disconnecting

Access tokens expire within 15 minutes, and a connection authorization expires after at most 30 days. Revoking a connection in QuickStage disables access through that authorization, including its existing tokens. Expiration and revocation stop access; they do not delete the connection records, submitted photos, or staging jobs.

Removing the connection in ChatGPT or Codex stops use of that connection in the host. It does not by itself delete QuickStage data or cancel your QuickStage subscription. Contact support@quickstage.io to request QuickStage-side revocation or deletion, or if you believe a connection has been used without your permission.
