Account access
Your QuickStage access travels with you.
Your verified QuickStage account shares its eligible new-account or subscription allowance and QuickFix balance between the website and this integration. Your ChatGPT or Codex subscription is separate.
Connecting your account
Choose the QuickStage connection option in your host. Verify your email on QuickStage and review the requested permissions. If you are new, the connection page asks you to approve account setup. Do not paste a password, sign-in link, or access token into your conversation.
Eligible new QuickStage accounts have the website’s one-time allowance of three staging photos and one QuickFix. This is one shared allowance for the account. Installation, reconnection, a different device, or a different host does not provide another set. Account verification and abuse-prevention checks apply.
The integration does not sell credits, start subscriptions, process upgrades, or authorize subscription changes.
How your allowance is used
The staging balance reported here is the allowance available through this integration. Separate pay-as-you-go credits and other account credit types are not included; the website may therefore show a different total. Connecting does not change those credits.
One accepted new staging request uses one staging credit. Review the photo and style, then confirm that use before submission. Asking for styles, checking your balances, or retrieving a job again does not start a generation or grant credits.
QuickFix uses its own balance. For a photo you previously staged through QuickStage in this chat app, describe the specific furnishing error and confirm use of one QuickFix. It preserves the original room structure and selected style. The correction does not use a staging credit, so a remaining QuickFix can still be available after staging credits reach zero. If you originally staged the photo on the QuickStage website, request its correction there. To stage a different uploaded photo or choose a different style here, start a separate staging request and confirm use of one staging credit.
If a response is interrupted, check the existing job or original request key. Do not start a replacement request while the outcome is unknown.
When allowance refreshes
Existing subscription allowances follow the account’s billing and reset schedule. Annual plans receive a monthly staging allowance; the scheduled refresh runs once a day, so access here may take up to a day to update after the reset time. Checking the integration does not trigger a refresh.
The one-time new-account allowance does not renew. If a balance appears incorrect, refresh the account status or contact QuickStage support.
If staging is unavailable
- Not connected: connect and verify the QuickStage account you intend to use.
- Account access unavailable: the account does not currently have eligible allowance for that action.
- Staging allowance exhausted: the response reports the remaining QuickFix balance separately. For example: “You have no staging credits remaining. Your QuickFix balance is 1. See QuickStage’s account-access information for details.”
- Account check failed: access could not be verified. That does not mean your balance is zero; retry or contact support.
A connection or access error is not a completed image. Check any returned job reference before resubmitting.
Disconnecting and getting help
You can remove the connection in your host or through QuickStage’s connected-app settings. Disconnecting does not cancel a QuickStage subscription, restore used allowance, or delete stored images. For account help or deletion requests, use QuickStage support.
