QuickStage support
Help with your connection or photo.
For help using QuickStage in ChatGPT or Codex, email support@quickstage.io.
What to include
- The email address associated with your QuickStage account.
- Whether you are using ChatGPT or Codex, and what you were trying to do.
- The exact error message and, if available, your staging job reference.
Do not include passwords, sign-in links, access tokens, payment card details, or unrelated private conversation content. A description of the issue is usually enough to begin.
Help us improve QuickStage
Tell us what worked, what did not, or what would make staging easier. Email support@quickstage.io with any feedback you want to share. Feedback is voluntary and does not affect your allowance.
A short description is enough. If useful, include the host application, the result you expected, or an existing job reference. You choose what to send; please do not send an entire chat transcript. QuickStage uses your feedback to provide support and improve the plugin. Read the integration privacy information for data use and deletion requests.
Ask for a QuickFix in everyday language
For a completed photo staged in this connected chat app, say what looks wrong and what you want changed: “Make the added sofa smaller,” “Move the added plant away from the doorway,” or “Remove the artwork the AI put over the window.” Your agent uses the photo already in your conversation, asks which one you mean if needed, and confirms one QuickFix with no staging credit before requesting the correction. You do not need to know a tool name or job ID.
QuickFix keeps the original photo and selected style as its starting point; inspect the replacement because other generated details can change. A different photo or style needs a new staging request. Photos originally staged on the website receive their QuickFix corrections there.
Prepare your photo before staging
Empty rooms give the best results. Furnished photos are accepted, but existing furniture and decor may change. Review the selected photo, room type, style and one-credit cost before confirming. Separate angles can produce different furnishings, and AI output should always be checked against the original.
Common questions
- Do I receive credits when I install? Installation and reconnection do not grant another allowance. Your verified account shares its eligible allowance with the website. Read how account access works.
- My request timed out. Should I try again? First check the status using the existing job reference. Tell support if you cannot determine whether the request was accepted.
- My result has an error. Do not publish it as an accurate representation of the property. For a photo you previously staged through QuickStage in this chat app, describe the furnishing issue and check your QuickFix balance. If you staged it on the QuickStage website, request its correction there. A correction requires your confirmation. Include the job reference if you contact support.
- How do I revoke access or delete photos? Disconnect in your host application, and contact support@quickstage.io for QuickStage-side access revocation or deletion assistance.
